Chopper project almost theres but must be missing something

Hey guys, i posted two weeks aho about my bike not wanting to fire. It had 0 compression and was sucking through the exhaust and blowing through the carb. Thats why i didnt get fuel in.Well after a while trying everything i took the engine out. And the cam was 45 degrees off lol… i reset the cam in line with the tdc and now its back in the bike i have 135 and 130 psi in the cylinders now. Trying to start nothing. I have a boyer ignition and a pma. I get spark on both sides and the carbs have been cleaned. Im out of idea ahaha
