Clutch adjustment

Every second kick it will lock not go down. I have been lightly kicking the second kick then go full out in the third and it works.

I suspect it's just compression you're feeling. If you don't kick it like you mean it, sometimes the engine will just laugh at you.

Re: your clutch, did you take the worm actuator apart, clean and re-grease it? Did you oil the clutch cable? That needs doing also.

Since I'm already asking stupid question what do I clean it with? And regular grease for the worm and silicone for the cable?

Any solvent of your choice. I use kerosene or mineral spirits.
For grease I just use a general purpose moly grease.
Just plain 30W engine oil for the cable. Hang it upright and drip a few drops at a time until it runs out the bottom.

To clarify. After i loosen the bolt in the worm hole I turn the screw until tight then back off about 1/8? I did that already. Do I back it off more?

Ya I did everything correctly except the cleaning and oil. Which I realise now was a big thing
