Hi all I have read some posts about the basket spin test were you were able to spin the basket by hand after you had torqued up the hub nut. I have just set mine at 40lbs /ft and it is almost solid. The only thing different is the size of the spacer under the nut, mine is 2.8mm not 2.6mm. It was initially stripped as it was wearing away the inside of the side cover. After following the diagrams on here I have 2x 1mm spacers left over. I am thinking these were used to stop the clutch basket seizing up when tightened but caused the assembly to rub the casing. What am I doing wrong please. Ta Pete

You would do well to confirm which clutch setup you have, as there are a couple at least, and then stick with the prescribed washer thicknesses and positions in the clutch pack. There's a series pic that I've used.....see if I can find it. No guarantee it's your setup. IMG_0213.JPG
