Those pipes and mufflers look really good on there, one of my 1980's may have to get that treatment.
My opinion Looks, style, design the XS1. Then the TX style frame (447) in the mid 70’s. The seats and passenger peg mounts are functional and not cheap looking. French Blue is a good calling card for these characteristics. I do not like cast/mag wheels on anything. Although they do make sense, ugly. I have a disliking for the 34 carbs. So basically 79’-earlier.
The best XS650 is probably the one you own or the the one you always wanted to own.
