Crankshaft Assembly

Using the nuts and bolts method I found on one of the forums I was able to split my spare crankshaft to rephase it to 277. I have ground out a new keyway for the cam drive sprocket so it is ready to be reassembled. What should I put on the spline for reassembly, oil, Locktite? I am not going to weld it.

You could give the Loctite 648 a try, it wont be easy to ever disassemble the next time you need to rebuild bottom end but should hold the slip fit pins into place securely.
