Drilling mag wheels

So i seen a picture of a 79 xs650 cafe' witch is also wat i have . Im currently in proxess of building my self a 706cc motor for my bike and stumbled across the pattern to drill my mags any thoughts on the subject . Also im looking for a set of dog bone risers for 7/8s bars. And i bout a hard cover for the hump in my saddle and i dont quite know how to mount it any thioughts i figured if nothin else id use it as a templet to make and shape my own from scratch with steal or fiber glass .
