I`ll be counting on your expertise when I attempt to cut the motor to separate the transmission from the rotating assy. Get ready for a million stupid questions.

Guess I missed this thread, Phil. Here's a shot of the other side of the yellow bike above. Gives a rough idea on cutting off the tranny anyway.
Today I actually went out in the shop and got out 3 empty bottom end cases to experiment with.
I thought I remembered someone building a non-unit... or pre-unit engine in English speak...
