These came on the Wicked Soul bike that I bought of Mike from Visual Impact.Less than 1000 miles. They are a bit to soft for my doughnut loving ass,so they are for sale.They are 13" eye to eye.Excellent shape,a few scuffs in the black paint.I have no info on the rate of the spring. 65.00 shipped in the USA
