I was looking around at other bikes and it seems the hex bolt and nut used on my engine side clutch adjustment are not OEM. They’re the same size so it’s annoying to adjust. Does anyone know where I can buy the stock one? I couldn’t find anything online.

I'd watch eBay for a "1L9" assembly from an XS400. It's a bit of an "upgrade" because of the way the arm steps down instead of up like the 650 one. It uses the same female nylon part and adjustment screw & locknut as the 650 .....

Yes, in fact that's how I discovered this "1L9" worm, scrounging through my dealer's boneyard, lol. I was mainly after the female nylon part, collecting up all I could find for spares. Looking it up on Partzilla, I discovered it was also used on the TX/XS500 and XS360/400, and I knew he had some of those bikes in the boneyard, in particular, the 500s because I put them there, lol.

There is one simple mod required to use this worm. Details are here in post #65 ......
