That's a $100 Harbor Freight item with an adapter plate for the XS engine. Price is okay, depending on how bad they gouge you for shipping.

I built my own for an engine stand I've had for years and it works perfectly.

I would be slightly worried about having it on wheels
Looks as the front wheels are lockable. When using force it perhaps can move around

Anything Travis makes is the top of the line. These are the only brackets I`ve seen that allow for the separation of the case halves.
