EPA EMISSONS LABEL FOR A 1980 YAMAHA xs650.​

The bike was from Washington now in Southern California. I’ve been stripping it down and working on it since I got it in January. I’m at the point of trying to get it registered and am just trying to elevate some of the headaches that come with registering out of state bikes. It’s been sitting for 15 years so cleanup fab and rebuilding takes time we all know that but from the pictures you can see it obviously isn’t stock and did not come with the side covers where the epa decal should be. I’ve attached a screen shot of what I’m looking for. I’m looking to buy it or borrow to get my bike registered I’ll cover the cost of postage or shipping
