Feeling insane please help. Wildly Asymmetric mix screws.

Wise words. I do it a bit differently. I dose the fuel tank with fuel stabiliser then I run the bike for a while to get the dosed fuel into the float bowls. Then I turn the fuel taps off and run the carbs dry. Finishing off with a couple of cranks on the starter to draw air through the carbs. For a good while doing this has served me well and seems to have prevented issues from fuel evaporating off in the carburettors and leaving gunk in there.
Perfect

Are your floats Jen You Whine Mikuni or mebby some aftermarket "replacement (wil-fit)?
You can tell what i think here.

Honestly I don't know, there's no text on them. But they look just like the OEM ones including the small sleeve for the Axle.

The fuel level was indeed higher on the left side.

Adjustwd to match RH fuel level and now doing a proper sync with a manometer currently!

If your floats have the tube "shim" in the pivot then they sound like they're originals. Many of the aftermarket ones don't have that and are a very loose and sloppy fit on the pivot pin. They often stick or hang up.

And yes, that's a Suzuki float. You can get many carb parts from Suzuki for a whole lot cheaper .....

The results are in lads. It synced with persuasion (my first time successfully doing it). It absolutely was the LH bowl fuel level was too high.

As soon as I put my tach back together I can get back on the road again 😎.

Until winter time. I have a lot of plans (redoing a lot of half assed mods previously done & welding back on brackets that were cut off)

Thank you all for your help! She idles amazing now.

Bad news gents.

The very next day I have a very broken wrist and a bruised 650.

It's gonna need handlebars and a tank at least. I guess I'll be making more posts in the future.

:/
Um now you gotta spill the details.
Sorry but it's in the rules.

Sorry but it's in the rules.

I went into a medium sharp corner and my rear brake has suddenly become very spongy.

So I stood it back vertical and went into the grass to try and brake upright, but it was so muddy she slipped out from under me and my wrist got mangled.

I have a distal radius fracture and it has to be reattach led with metal screws.

Really bummed Bout it all. The tank has a couple dents I won't be able to fix without paint work. So I think I'm gonna order a new one. Something single petcock maybe.

... anyone have any luck moving the front brake to the left side? Gonna getting a twin lever setup going since once I get this cast off my grip strength will be garbage.

Got a story about LH front brake, ;^) but short version it's fraught with peril due to user familiarity in emergencies.

Unfortunately it's gonna be a long time before my right hand can squeeze very firmly seems like.

I've found a 12.8mm bore clutch lever for a Ducati monster. Seems like many suggest downsizing the bore size anyways.

I'm gonna hold off for now to see how my hand heals next couple weeks.

When push comes to shove I don't feel like buying a car and my hand is real toast for a bit so I'll consider my options.

Thank you for everything!
