Feeling insane please help. Wildly Asymmetric mix screws.

Wise words. I do it a bit differently. I dose the fuel tank with fuel stabiliser then I run the bike for a while to get the dosed fuel into the float bowls. Then I turn the fuel taps off and run the carbs dry. Finishing off with a couple of cranks on the starter to draw air through the carbs. For a good while doing this has served me well and seems to have prevented issues from fuel evaporating off in the carburettors and leaving gunk in there.
Perfect

Are your floats Jen You Whine Mikuni or mebby some aftermarket "replacement (wil-fit)?
You can tell what i think here.

Honestly I don't know, there's no text on them. But they look just like the OEM ones including the small sleeve for the Axle.

The fuel level was indeed higher on the left side.

Adjustwd to match RH fuel level and now doing a proper sync with a manometer currently!

If your floats have the tube "shim" in the pivot then they sound like they're originals. Many of the aftermarket ones don't have that and are a very loose and sloppy fit on the pivot pin. They often stick or hang up.

And yes, that's a Suzuki float. You can get many carb parts from Suzuki for a whole lot cheaper .....

The results are in lads. It synced with persuasion (my first time successfully doing it). It absolutely was the LH bowl fuel level was too high.

As soon as I put my tach back together I can get back on the road again 😎.

Until winter time. I have a lot of plans (redoing a lot of half assed mods previously done & welding back on brackets that were cut off)

Thank you all for your help! She idles amazing now.
