Hi all,
Finally got my XS650 roadster finished, legal and on the road.
Starts pretty well, some backfiring low to mid range.
I am using almost open pipes and velocity stacks with mesh but no filter. I had to go up two sizes on the pilots to get it to start and run.
I just need a bit of advice on where to go now. It seems a little more sluggish than my XS2 up to around half throttle and when you snap open the throttle out of gear it is a little slow to respond, although it doesn't bog down at all.
Where should I start looking now. I am thinking needle clip position but not sure whether to go richer or weaker.
Also, can be quite difficult to find/select neutral. I did change the clutch plates.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks.
