are the lzfh 8381 caps the same as the lzfh 8710 caps? I can find tons of 8381 and am starting to get confused, because even the 8710 caps are desribed as "resistor" caps under their specifications?

Yes, it looks like the 8710 and 8381 are the same. This place says that 8710 is the Japanese part number .....

Is this the correct one? The title states "resistor", but the description states "non-resistor" lol... Is this not confusing or am I just slow?

I can find lots of resistor, but no 'non-resistor'. Will have to keep looking...

Yes, that is confusing, but it is the right one, and it is non-resistor. Their description is all wrong, lol, probably just a "copy and paste" from NGK.
