Damn Phil, did you go to the Bill's school of fast m/c building?
The ratio is 16-43.bike is looking GREAT! what's the front sprocket tooth count?
No but maybe it will tip over backwards so I can see if I heal up like I did when I was younger.Tryin' to drag the Earth out of it's orbit?
Today I made a template for the under seat battery/electronics box. Transferred it to a sheet of .050 alum and cut it out on the band saw. All I can say is "Give Me a Break" Box pan break that is. This was much harder than it looked in poster board. I`ll get it welded up then I can start the complete re wire. Side panels (number plates) will hide almost the whole box.

Now that's some purty parts right there!I spent 1 full hour spanking the monkey making these 4 saddle washers I used as stand off`s to mount a skid plate before the right side exhaust is mounted. Skid plate was left over from the Scrambler build and I cut it down to fit this frame and this exhaust system. I did all this while listening to the KC & The Sunshine Band 25th Anniversary Collection 2 disc album Glenda bought for me last year. Somehow I survived.

Those long drill bits were invaluable doing sheet metal on airplanes. Put a little grease on your fingers and you could put a pretty impressive bow in those bits while you spin 'em. When you're trying to drill out a rivet a half inch away from a bulkhead... well, wouldn't have been possible without 'em.Drill bit is hilarious! But we use what we have.
