Wanted - Flat horn bracket

I’m looking for the flat mounting bracket for the horn. I have the angled one but for my build I would prefer it tucked away a bit more. If you have one on the shelf please let me know.

Is the flat mounting bracket in the shape of a triangle? 3 holes ?
One hole to connect to the horn, 2 holes with rubber grommets and steel inserts that connect to the frame?
The one I have comes connected to the Chrome OEM Yamaha Horn, pink and brown wire electrical connection.

There is a horn bracket w/horn on ebay that matches the pictures you posted. Its $10 there.
