Hello,
I have posted questions pertaining to this bike on here in the past. Truth be told I just don't have the time to work on it. So, here it is in time to be a winter project for someone.
1983 Yamaha Heritage Special XS650.
about 30,000 miles on odometer
The Good:
Engine Starts and Runs
Good battery
All gears work
PA title in my name
The Bad:
Front brakes do not work
Clutch pull is very heavy (I wanted to clean and re-lube everything and put in a new cable - that whole time thing again.....)
Chain is dry and cruddy
Both tires have dry rot.
Was dropped on its right side and both turn signals on right side are broken
Asking $1200 negotiable
I do not have a truck or any way to deliver it to you so, I guess you'll have to pick it up. I live in south central Pennsylvania, USA.
