Front wheel spacer

hey I just removed the front wheel bearings and the spacer came out with what i think is the "flange/spacer" (part #9) wedged onto it. See pic. is this ok? When reassembling, just leave it as is? I cant tell from the parts diagram. Thanks in advance!

Yes, that's exactly how it should be. Leave it just as it is.

I assume the spacer is just sitting on top the bearing in your pic. If it is wedged into that bearing, then yeah, something's terribly wrong.

thanks! what is that round blade thingy? just to prevent the spacer from being too wobbly?
