I was going threw some boxes and found a harness I made up but it never sold. So I put it on the mocked frame and tested it and all good. Harness has lights front and back- brake switches front and back- electric start-neutral switch-coil and ignition with kill switch.
Comes with kill switch- push button start-lights high/low . No fuse block but if you buy it I will order one and send it to you. Just sitting here so FIRST $75.00 and it’s yours Shipped free in USA

No that sold in 2019. I can make you one but the price has gone up since last year. what are you looking for and what bike chopper- stock-brat- cafe? Prices start at $90.00

No problem, if you can make one up I am interested!
The bike I have is 1975 brat, it still has the stock harness that was hacked together prior to me so theres a big mess under the tank.

The components I have are:
High/ low beam
L/R turn signals
Front brake switch
Push button and toggle switch block (horn button & on/off/on turn signal)
Push button and toggle switch block (High/off/low beam & starter button)
Stock horn
P123 Bosch Flasher unit
Pampco w/ dual coil
Tail light
Back brake switch
Stock Rotor / charging system
Electrexworld R33 Rectifier/regulator
Starter relay/solenoid

Theres no kill switch and I could only find 1 fuse near the starter solenoid, the original fuse box is cut out.

I think the diagram below is close but I'll leave this in your hands.

If you need any photos or more info I can get you it.

I can make it like the diagram but I would need to know what kind of switches you want.
I can do aftermarket handlebar switches
Left high/low- turn signals- horn
Right starter button-kill- lights on /off
Or
I can make up one of the boxes and put switches there except for turn signals that has to be handlebar mount
My custom harness comes with the switches and fuse block all you keep off of your harness is the wires for the charging system.
I also just sell the wires and fuse block harness and you do all the connections but the difference in money is not that much.
Harness with just wires and fuse block $85.00
Harness complete with all switches $150.00

I think I wanna stick to the diagram harness, complete with switches.
Will I be able add this harness on top of my starter relay, safety relay & starter wiring setup?

Ok those are mini switches that work but don’t last long. I will send you some pictures of switches I have used that work well. I can make up a harness like picture no problem but I do have to advise you that in that diagram rear tail light will be on all the time once you turn on key. That diagram only has high/ low light switch and rear brake switch NO connection for tail light to go off with lights. I will send you some pictures of switches that will work left side turn signals and horn. Right side turn signals and kill . I can give you key switch that is on/off/start for your electric start.

Here are some I used and last two are mini switches like you have.
Now first three can handle left/ right turn signal plus horn on left side and kill on right side. The mini can only do lights/horn/kill. If you went with any of the top three the high/low/running light would be a switch like this LAST picture. You could put that switch next to key on/off/ start switch.
Ok let me know what you think all of these switches would have to be ordered and take 3 to 4 weeks to get to me.

Remember also I can just make up the harness WIRES ONLY with 6 position fuse block and you can do all the switches of your choice. That setup without switches is $65.00 and all ends marked and end up in the location that you need.

Let's go with the harness thats just the wires and fuse block with the ends marked.
My tail lights were always on with what I had (when it worked) so that is okay.

Ok no problem and you want all the switches to be up at the handlebars correct.
Turn signals wires
Kill switch wires
Horn wires
High/ low beam wires
Key on/ off switch wires
You are in Overseas correct?

Yep, all the switches will be at the handle bars
The key on/off will go on the LH side of the tank.
