Headlight modulator

I'm installing a Signal Dynamics headlight modulator and was wondering where others have mounted the unit itself
It would be easiest to just tuck it into the bucket with the rest of the wires but it looks the unit has a heat sink built into it so that's probably a no go
I have the plug that will connect with the modules plug pushed through one of the rubber grommets and it's outside the bucket now
It would have been nice if they were more generous with the wiring as far as length goes but it is what it is
I was thinking of trying to mounting it to the right side headlight ear (theres really not much wire to get much further)
Or just plug it together and let it hang (the plug looks it will be water proof and it has locking tabs)

Took the tank off and mounted to the right side under the tank towards the front
It's a bit visible but the mounting tape that comes with it seems pretty tough
