Fashionably sensitive, but too cool to care.

The face on my tach has come loose. The tiny screws that hold it in place have come loose, and are still inside the tach assembly. I am able to remove the tach assembley from the housing, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the glass off so I can get in there and repair it. I have attached a photo because I am not 100% sure that it's the stock tach. Any help would be appreciated.
