Here’s a shot of my bike and a few of my buddies! My bike runs on a capacitor, I’m wondering how I would go about adding a small battery to the system as well. Do I get rid of the capacitor and just wire a battery in its place?

Welcome aboard!

Yes, wiring in a small battery would replace the capacitor, given two conditions:

1. You're not trying to run an electric start, and;
2. The charging system is working and keeping the battery charged.

Welcome. I'm not sure about how to run a battery, but someone will be along. If sketchy is what you were going for, success. I like a stripped down look but that fenderless rear wheel scares the crap out of me. Have fun.

I love the stripped look as well but I agree, not having a rear fender that close to my ass is very sketchy, I have a rear fender, just haven’t mounted it up yet!
