High Ratio Primary Gears

Has Ivan got any more in the current batch? I'm running a cfmoto rear wheel with a 18/39t sprocket that is the smallest I can go(not actually from a cfmoto but from a drz since I've got a bracket to offset the sprocket so it lines up)

I was planning to run a 5th gear overdrive hoping to get decent cruising speed, but thinking now maybe primary drive gear is also the way to go. How does it affect the kick start? Thought it would be harder but saw someone say it actually made it easier?
Yes, a high primary gear ratio makes the clutch spin faster relative to the crankshaft. So it will also make the crankshaft spin slower relative to the clutch, and kickstarter. So the required force on the kickstarter will be reduced, but the crankshaft will turn over slower.
