I’ve got a line on a good affordable powder coater. I haven’t been pleased with the local guy I’ve used in the past. I would have just painted it but weather here has turned to fall and temp aren’t great for painting. Nor am I in any position to attempt in my new garage. I also picked up a used set of Koni shocks I think I can make fit. I got them about a week ago so they went straight to the storage bin for the move. They need some love, but parts are available for them.
A sneak peak at the forks I’m planning.
Also been eyeballing these. I’m not 100% how much I like them, but they are pretty cool. The lever perches are welded on smoothe. Thinking maybe these or a set of Webco’s.

Ya I know. I told the builder the same thing. I an am a little bummed that the motor looks so nice but still has a broken fin on the cylinder. I’ve got a line on a reasonable powder coater. I’m leaning towards a satin black frame.
In my mind, a 305 Scrambler needs a red frame, and silver engine and tank... the end.
But then, I just paint.
We all have our own opinion on what "beauty" is. And rightly so. You be you, Rob.
