I seem to be having endless carb problems with a set of bs 34 carbs
On the shelf I have a pair of vm32s
I have several Amal MK2 30 mm
Also several 32 mm mk 1 amals
I also have 34 ,36.and 42 mm single VMs
And I have made a one into two inlet manifold
Which of the above would people choose?
The end goal is a bike with a gutsy midrange
It's got a straight through exhaust with meggas
It's a stock 447 motor
I'm trying to save some time that I don't have messing with these bs34s
But I also don't want to spend forever jetting up a totally different carb/carbs
I run my commando 750 on a single tm40 pumper and it's a great performer
Almost as good as twin carbs so I'm not adverse to single carb setups
Cheers
