Well 50 and sunny here today finally. Took her for a 3 hour tour with a lunch stop and a picture. She has officially been named "Wheezie" she did everything I asked without complaint including the most important task, take me home. Thats twice now without issues so it appears she is going to be dependable and has been a one kick affair cold or warm. We stopped and helped a Honda pilot with a dead battery, push start with instructions not to stall it again.
I had taken the VFR out early before noon he was very excitable in the 38 degree air he kept standing up in 2,3 &4 and had a personal best over 165 "closed course". Wheezie doesn't do that she has better manners and I really enjoyed the upright/standard riding position. After the ride I said the FJR and VFR are going to need very good reasons to be ridden this season.
