now like i said i bought this bike, and the boots are in rough shape and would like to replace or similar/better options?
im not too positive if there cracked but i been getting a high idle on idle after warm up. but other then that i still would like to replace.

A higher idle is what will happen if it’s set when the bike is cold. Set the idle when the bike is good and warm, it may be a little more ornery when cold but all these old bikes can be a little ornery at times. To check if your boots or butterfly seals are leaking spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid around the boots. If they are leaky that will show it.

If it were me, I'd grab my calipers, measure the ID and OD and length, and head to Ace Hardware and get a foot of rubber tube, and cut it to length.

Edit: after verifying the existing boots are cracked and leaking of course.
