It's mash up fersher but from what bikes?
Those crankcase covers and close rounded fins look like an early (1930's) AJS to me, no idea about the frame but it does look italian(ish)

Norvin. I didn’t have to cheat. I’ve seen those.
Several years ago I saw one at a bike event in Texas. It was a Vincent cafe racer. I liked it. IIRC, it had telescopic forks, Mikuni carburetors and a big Grimeca drum brake. At the time, cafe racers were coming on strong and I thought that one was very tastefully done.
Doh! I should’ve looked more carefully. I like it!
