I had one of these, mine was blue. They were an excellent little scooter, totally enclosed chain drive, chain running in an oil bath. Got it cheap, found out why on my first ride to work: Got halfway and it died. When I got it home found the exhaust was chockers, chucked that in the bin and made an expansion chamber for it, replaced the carb with a butterfly type. It flew after that, but the steering was a bit quick for 70+kph, and it sucked juice like you wouldn't believe.
Yamaha's little scooter was better, same engine and drive train as in the PeeWee 50, shaft drive no less. Also made an expansion chamber for that little beasty, shaved the head and changed the transfer ports.
Both excellent little scooters, not made for 70+kph though, steering too quick and juice guzzlers when modified.
