That would make it most likely an XS1100 wheel. It doesn't look like the left side front rotor has a caliper. Suggests a front wheel swap only.
I think you’re using US dollars and the OP is Canadian. Are you saying you’d gladly give $75 to $100, or did you already convert the currency?I'd gladly give $800 to $1000 for that, but I'm cheap
I'd say that the $1500 is a little high but still a fair price here (I'm in Montreal). This assumes that it has paperwork, is currently plated and is essentially roadworthy. Here in QC, the currently plated bit is important, as the inspection process can be a PITA. If the bike needs engine work, tires, chain and sprockets and so on just to be roadworthy, you need to take that into consideration.Asking $1500 Cdn, lots of interest from others so no chance of negotiating
Currently in the local marketplace there are 3 other complete xs650s. $2500, 2800, and 5000. The last one being collector grade, restored by retired Yamaha mechanic.I'd say that the $1500 is a little high but still a fair price here (I'm in Montreal). "Lots of interest" often translates to an army of keyboard warriors that are largely full of hot air. When you're the only one that actually goes to see the bike, cash in hand and ready to make a deal, you might be surprised! Good luck!
