Is anyone here smart enough to figure this out?

So this is my nightmare.i bought a 36 spoke rim and the hub from mikes xs that is made to work with an 18 inch rim .they even sell the complete kit ,black only. I want chrome or polished aluminum,and I want a 16 inch wheel.so far I have bought the wrong rim and spokes twice. Im hoping someone here can just tell me what spokes I need to buy.

I would if I could find the right spokes? I've already laced it up more times then that only to stop because I don't have the right spokes.

Somebody somewhere on this forum mentioned Buchanon spokes IIRC.

Maybe an obvious question...... Don't mikes sell a set of spokes seperate for that setup??

Buchanan is the best place to get your spokes. You need to make sure the rim was drilled for hub and some rims have a left and right side.

Yes, Buchanan's are pros and I would be surprised if they cannot provide spokes to make this work. That said, they may want both pieces in hand to do so, as there are many variables at work here.
