Just Ride.

We've had a couple 91/92 degree days but today was a high of only 80 degrees. Perfect chance to get up to Mt Rainier before the Summer crowds make it impossible to get in to the park. I forgot just how beautiful it is up there. View attachment 351904

Stunning images, sun and snow, whats not to like.
Bike looks amazing (Road King?) and one I would love to own.

Just completed a two-day, 500-mile plus trip to North Carolina. The purpose was to tag along on the Appalachia Bourbon Palooza which is six-day road trip in British Cars visiting distilleries along the way. Not being A) a bourbon drinker and B) a glutton for punishment, I went along for Day 1 on my FJR which started in Tryon, NC and went to Blowing Rock, NC. I wish I could say it was a fun ride but way too much time was spent wrenching along the side of the road and directing traffic around parked British cars. To be fair, all the trouble was due to a single, unprepared TR8. I left the group at lunch and bombed it back down the mountain and to home. I was in a hurry the entire time so not a lot of pictures, but I was able to witness some of the devastation from Helene. It's amazing what nature can do...

The local Ducati, Triumph, Indian dealer had it's first bikes and breakfast event this morning from 9am to 11am. Going to be every Saturday morning ride in and get coffee and a fresh hot sausage, egg and cheese and talk bikes. Just glad the rain stopped early this morning and the roads were dry by the time I headed out.
