Typically, that indicates a spark timing issue (TCI box). On a wild stab at something weird: did any pickup wires get pinched or damaged?

Yeah this is what i figured. I can double check, but I cant think of any way that they would. I'll also do a quick check for resistance on them. Currently this gonzo is the only recently functioning box that I have. Wish I had a known good one for testing.

Edit: nothing looks pinched

Try swapping the trigger (pickup) wires into the gonzo box.
