Kill switch only works when safety relay is disconnected...

And no headlight. When the safety relay is plugged into the harness (new from MikesXS) the kill switch does not work and no headlight (L or H). I've gone through the bucket and checked all the connections, we're good. Color matched and all. Everything is properly ground per Ohm meter.
When testing the safety relay, the Ohms measure 24.6 across Y and B and 68.8 across L/B and B. OL across other connectors and B.
Any thoughts / direction are appreciated.

Not unheard of for a MikesXS harness being built wrong. Was actually just about all of 'em at one point. I think I'd ohm the wires point to point from the wiring diagram. Just because they got the colors in the right places, doesn't means the internal splices are right.
