Steve I advise you to remove your email and text #.

Giving out a name, phone no and email address is enough information for identity thieves to target you.

Internet safety first. There are constant attacks, even on here and there have been a couple of instances where members have been conned with false sellers.

Warning sticky in the classified forum

he sez quoting the original post so the OP CAN'T remove them, :sneaky:

Not that neferius I'm afraid gggGsry.

All bike, (at least the few I frequent), forums post a warning sticky for advertisers in their classified forums. Some have repeated warnings.

As the moderater I thought it would b part of the job to encourage security for people who are advertising. More so for "wanted" adds, a couple of long term members have been stung, ripped off by scammers replying to wanted adds.

But hey, you want to laugh at my original post in the likes. That's free speech and doesn't hurt me.

I quoted my post after seeing the OP has been on here after my post, but either doesn't care, understand or just ignored my advice on being internet wary.

I guess if a mod doesn't care, why should I.
