The Lectrons are running great, and it's time to move the Mikuni's along, so, FOR SALE:

(2) VM34 "left hand" carburetors, 1 w/o starter/"choke" lever
Carb cables for 2-1 throttle installed, no splitter included.
Light return springs installed (Mikes #48-8025), will include standard springs if I find them.
Long breather/overflow lines installed, will include originals if I find them.

Currently set-up with:

2.5 Slides
159-P6 Needle Jets
6F9 Needles
25 Pilot Jets
180 Main Jets

I am selling these with all my spares included:

(2 each) 185, 190, 200, and 205 Main Jets
(2) 2.0 Air Jets
(2) Spare Float Valves
(2) 6DH4 Neddles
(2) 159-Q2 Needle Jets
(4) needle clips
(2 each) 22.5, 27.5, and 30.0 Pilot Jets
(6) 20.0 Pilot Jets
...and a mostly-complete Mikuni Tool Kit (forgot to grab a shot of that one). Oh, and I have a pair of XS Performance K&N knock-off air filters to fit, which I'll include if they fit in the box... although frankly, they're such crap that you'd be better-served if they didn't. (Pro-Tip: Get Uni's)

The usual caveats apply here: I had these running incredibly-well on my bike when I took them off a few months ago, but I can't guarantee how they'll run on your bike. Since then they've been sitting uncovered on my workbench, so they definitely require a thorough cleaning before use. I'm happy to answer whatever basic questions, but if you buy these, I can not and will not tune your bike for you over the internet.

$250 USD, shipped CONUS, Paypal only. Prefer not to ship internationally, but we can work something out if needed.

Why did you switch to lectrons?

Power, looks, top-end throttle response, and a deal I couldn't pass up; read all about it here. These VM34's always worked awesome for me (once I figured out the tuning), and it took me a bunch of riding this summer to decide to stay with the Lectrons. The VM's are easier to live with overall, but I could never quite get that immediate acceleration when snapping open the throttle like I get from the Lectrons.

I have used LECTRONS On drag bikes and they were designed for H2 and H1 by FAST BY GAST in NY then he put them on everything. The throttle responce is very quick.
I ran 40 mm on a big KZ motor for years. Its a flat slide carb and open up quick. Mukuni also makes flat slide Carbs that have the same response.
Very costly carbs but great to work with. This one here is a 44mm listing for $1100.00
