There's a fairly large motorcycle rally which transcends on my home town of Paris, Ontario, in Mid June. It's impressive the turn outs for this event. All weekend, the town is filled with motorcycles. I've went to it last year and it was pretty good, I bought a new full face helmet for.. $40 i think. (http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/1/1/38/2095/ITEM/HJC-CL-Max-Helmet.aspx I think this one.)

There's everything from Nortons, Royal Enfields, Harleys, Kawasakis, BSAs and a few Yamahas.

There's vendors which come with just about everything under the sun, old magazines to manuals to microfishe, parts, accessories, and even full bikes.

I should have my bike reassembled for this.
If anyone comes, let me know, We'll have a beer.

As I recall, you have a get together every Fri the 13th. I went a few times, and had a blast.

Yeah. Due South of me, in Port Dover, on every Friday the 13th, everyone rides down. I've never been, Looking forward to it this year.

i was thinking of going with my dad this year, but he decided to go alone, as it's a ten hour ride from here, if you take the back roads, (which he is), probably not the best first long ride for a freshly rebuilt bike and a rookie rider... (and who knows if the paper work to get it or me on the road will be done by then).

anyways, maybe next year.

Looked at the map and its about three hours for me. Not sure I'm willing to trust a bike that will have been running for two week to make a trip that far. Plus that whole passport thing makes the CA crossing a pain now.
