Need help tuning carb

So I'm trying to get my new carbs working better. I have added richer jets because I was getting a ton of backfiring at all RPMs and here is where I am now:

Warming up: Not maintaining idle, rough until 4k then runs great. Not backfiring.
Warm: Maintains idle, runs very poorly at all speeds. Wont accelerate, some backfiring.

Am I too rich now?

You'll need to provide more info - what are your new carbs? Different year stock set or aftermarket? Jet sizes in them now and what other sizes you've tried. What mods you have done to the bike.
