New chopper build!

I am so pumped on this XS build!

Starting out with a custom zero stretch single loop frame from @livingdeadmc over at JumpStreet Customs. This thing is top notch!

For the front end I'll be running Sportster narrow glide trees, Suzuki Intruder forks and a 21" narrow glide front wheel. I had to shorten the axle a bit and will have to cut new threads as well. The axle is 15mm so I'll be sleeving it to fit the 3/4" front wheel.

Running a Sportster tank unless I find one that looks better. I'm really digging the look so I don't know yet haha.

And for the rear is a 16" 13 spoke mag from either a Sportster or a Dyna. I can't remember.

I will be on the hunt for a motor here shortly so if you're near Washington State and have one please reach out!


Can't wait to really dive deep on this thing. It's gonna rip!!!

Haven't gotten to do much on the chopper project aside from narrowing and cutting new threads in the intruder axle. It turned out great. Next up will be shaving the intruder forks to accommodate the Sportster front wheel better.

Meanwhile I have been hard at work knocking out some mid controls orders

A little build update. I have entered the Idle Hands Show build off held by the boys over at The Lowlife Podcast. I'm on the West Coast and the show is on the East Coast so I'm looking forward to the nice road trip/vacation with the family.

Since my last update I have acquired a motor, along with a whole bunch of stock XS parts. Need something specific hit me up I probably have it! I have also decided to go with a solid rear wheel instead of the 13 spoke mag.

Next on the list will be a fender, Seat, Sissy bar and wheel spacers for the front and rear wheels. Then after that I'm going to Frisco the sporty tank and make some hidden tank mounts as well as a custom top motor mount that I've been wanting to do for a long time (more on that when I get there). Then after all THAT I will be making a custom E-box and of course I'll be running my mids, intake, foot clutch and hand shift set up.

I'll be making my own pipe using 1.625" tubing with some torque cones or lollipops to help with tuning.

I've got A LOT of work ahead of me but I am so excited to be able to push myself into new territories and see what kind of stuff I can come up with!
