For the front, I like this Metzler ME33 copy. It's worked well with any and all rears I've run it with, regardless of brand or tread pattern. The Metzler is still available but quite expensive, This copy is much cheaper .....

And for a rear, you can't go wrong with a Dunlop 404.

Tubes, keep a compressor close or find a shop with Nitrogen. Nitrogen molecule is much bigger than Oxygen, last longer in the tube. Polymers are cheap but the additives (compounds that cause tube to hold air) are expensive. Spend money on quality tubes and your low air pressure situation "may" go away. I have lots of compounding experience but absolutely none in tire or innertube formulations. I worked in fire retardants.

Kevin is correct here. I use genuine Michelin Tubes which are widley available. I always check the pressures before each ride.
Mind you I am now an occasional weekend rider with three bikes to choose from. If It were a daily I would be less inclined to check pressures that frequently; especially in the pi$$ing rain.

Gotta dig some more. Don't even want to try sorting the drawers. Sheesh! :shootme:
Progress. So corny but it's true.
An elephant eaten one bite at a time will eventually disappear.
Take a deep breath and another step forward ... :banghead: :)

Yeah, ok, so Willson wins but so do I.
Rear brakes on my son's car tomorrow. Yippie! :banghead:
I frickin hate brakes. Spent all last year doing nothing but everybody's brakes.
Wish I had time for a hobby. :bike:
Someday I'll retire, someday.
Oh yeah that pan with the extras... Well, you know how when you change spark plugs and come up with extra parts.

It looks alot like my garage only cleaner and more rustic with the brick and woodwork (including Wilson). Mine is mostly boxes of other peoples stuff.

After I wrote the above it went into a run on paragraph rant that belongs in another thread, I delted it, My point was I feel your pain when it comes to try to find workspace.
