That bike is in incredible condition! Great score there! I have Shinko 777 tires installed on both of my 81's and am very happy with them. Original gauge dampers are still available through Partzilla.

If you price compare between Partzilla and this other big parts place called Part Shark, Part Shark usually has the better price, sometimes by just a little but sometimes by quite a bit. For example, here's the damper mount for the tach and speedo (4 required). Part Shark beats them by over a dollar .....

Sumo rubber doesn't just have rubber parts for the XS

On the damper between the cup and gauge and the 4 mounting rubbers for both gauges you save $30.00. It comes from England so postage may chew up a bit of the savings but no where near the $30.00.

Before buying anything go over the bike and make a list of all the rubber that needs replacing. Could save $50,00 or so
