Just bought a spoked 19in front wheel off ebay. Listed as "spinning true". Doesn't. One side of the wheel rim has a wob, with evidence of having impacted something concrete. Oh well, I'll negotiate an adjustment with the seller or file a complaint failing that...
But that's not why I'm posting. Rotor looked like it had maybe 2 full revolutions of braking, almost untouched by pads. Tire is vintage. Bike was not stored outside, so tire looks brand new, see subject line.
Suppose some restorer might be interested in it for display purposes only?
Date stamp kinda weird. Says "PFA252" best I can tell. Any ideas manuf date?
Thanks
