...swingarm bushings and grease zirk installed.
New piston for rear caliper spun up out of some 316 stainless had laying around. Rear caliper disassembled and cleaned.

You'll like that centerstand mod. Taking the flex out of the tang by bracing it makes it sooooo much easier to deploy. Combined with the well greased pivots, my 650s are the easiest bikes I've ever owned to put up on their centerstands.

Rotary table made things a little easier...
Rear rotor was borderline scrap bin material but some time on the Rube Goldberg Blanchard grinder brought it around...
...with a whoppin' .007" to spare before minimum limit...lol
