Opinions on front brakes

With that set-up and a stock MC is the split at the switch unit? If so it’s just a matter of removing one line and using a shorter banjo bolt. Put the spares on the shelf.
The split is on the lower triple tree, not sure if that’s the switch unit you’re speaking of. I won’t have any spares as there are no lines on the forks I bought. The rotors are the only remaining part of the front brakes so I’ll just be removing one of them and then buying an MC with a brake light switch in it and a single braided stainless line from MC to caliper.

I didn’t realize how heavy the stock rotors are until I removed the one yesterday. Totally understand now.
On my "Euro" 77D, swapping out the original 267 mm dual discs and caliper for a single 320 mm ISR disc, a Brembo 4 piston caliper, and a home made caliper adapter, plus an alloy front fender, removed around 4.5 kg/ 10 lbs of unsprung weight. Which improved the front suspension a lot.
