We wanted simple yet elegant... a 40's or 50's kinda vibe. I think the white stripe nails it.

The white I'm using is a urethane, so it'll need a few days to cure... then clearcoat and off to Wisconsin... the other side Gary, sorry. :wink2:

You’re right. Very simple, but it makes it pop. Just enough to grab your eye. Looks great!
When the chrome "Yamaha" emblem goes on and it gets paired with striped fenders and sidecovers I think it will have a retro/simple look. We won't know for sure until I get it all together.

Cut-n-buff on Sun, ship on Monday.... fingers crossed. Not sure why I'm gonna polish it out, it don't really need it.... habit I guess. :shrug:
My goal was to finish these before my foot surgery. That's the 7th of next month. Think I beat it. :wink2:
