I keep a list of OEM and aftermarket suppliers for our bikes, then try to pass that along to the new guys when they join.
Someone suggested yesterday that the list should be in the Tech section. Doh.... I knew that...

Anyway, here's my list. This is a mish mash of aftermarket and OEM suppliers. New suppliers and comments welcome. Soon as this list is finalized, I'll ask @Travis to add it to the Tech section.

This under a new catagory in the tech menu???.

Is the list going to b broken into areas, electrical, carbs, that sort of thing

Are some people who supply shop services added, like yourself, old-skool carbs. West, (Counterbalence cycles),
Other seat manufacturers.

Up to Travis, but I just figured it'd go under the first heading with the ID and manual info... dunno.

I'm just wingin' it, but I figured the name of the company and a short blurb on parts quality, cost and shipping/support.

Yeah, that's prolly a good idea.

Yeah, that's prolly a good idea.

1), Probly a good place to put it.

2), Sounds comprehensive.

3), B one of those threads that will need updating, adding or removal as things change.

Sounds good

Jus' surfin' the web... Race Tech has fork tubes. I put in the info for my '80SG and they have 'em for about 220 bucks. Anyone ever buy forks from 'em? $220 for a set seems reasonable to me, but I've never priced replacements before. Anyone have any comments... good or bad?

Disclaimer: I don't need fork tubes, I just plugged my bike in to see what happened.

Anyone?
