79Standard
XS650 Addict
Hello-
My XS is not getting love like it used to and I've got some expenses on the horizon, so am considering putting it up for sale. It's a 79 Standard dressed as a 650B right now.
-Recently rebuilt motor with 706cc pistons, cam chain, valve seals. 38k on bike, under 2k since rebuild
-Pamco and E-advance
-Brembo front caliper and Mikes drilled rotor
-Clean original chrome, original wheels 99% rust free.
-Tons of extra parts- 79 tank and side covers, recovered 79 seat, most of a top end, all stock take off parts- electronics, turn signals, etc, spare front and rear hubs for a wheel project that never happened
-starter motor is a little weak, kicks over easy though
-small oil dribble from bottom end, haven't tracked it down yet. Clutch pushrod and output shaft seals both replaced
-minor blemishes for an almost 40 year old bike.
Shoot me any questions, just want to see what kind of response I'll get. Here's a link to some pics, sporting both tanks-
