Question about the software platform that this site runs on

I am working with the Canadian Vintage motorcycle Group (CVMG) Great Pine Ridge (GPR) section in efforts to modernize/upgrade our website to support member interaction in a forum format. This Yamaha XS650 forum seems to be running well without any glitches that I have noticed, and I'd like to recommend this platform to be considered by my group. Thank you!
