The side that you photographed from…..is that the side that will have the main entrance on it? I’m trying to picture the driveway on that hillside, and the elevation of the floor.

You must be way south of the border judging by the depth of your footings. Up here we would need to go 3 to 4ft below grade because of frost. Nice addition!
Thanx. I'm about 30miles south of the Mason-Dixon line; we dig footers to 36" below grade

The last pic is showing the back wall......I'll get a pic from the front up in a bit. Both garage floors will be the same level.

So here's the "street view": we'll remove that overgrown lilac, add some fill and rock to level the place out and pour more driveway. The garage door will be where that wood form now appears.
